Married: Alexandria-based couple Monte Durham and Jakob Evans, Friday on the steps of the D.C. courthouse. Durham, 57, is the fashion director on TLC’s popular spin-off “Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta”; Evans, 59, is a retired government worker.
